Another movie review: this one's for "Hot Tub Time Machine." This will appeal to a narrow target market. Those of us who came of age in the 80s... and have the soundtrack to prove it! When I first saw the trailers for this movie, all I could do was shake my head and say: "John... John, are you really that hard up for money?" But it was FUN! Besides the always endearing John Cusack, there weren't any real "name" actors. (His lovely sister Joan was even absent.) The story is completely ridiculous, but the script is funny and the delivery quick and sometimes that's all you need for an entertaining afternoon. Canadian trivia: filmed in Fernie, B.C.
